TITAN200 Range of Waste to Value systems
TITAN200 systems can turn any type of waste - e.g. MSW, Medical waste, plastic, biomass into either Electricity, Hydrogen or Synthetic fuels
There are three versions of TITAN200 available
TITAN200E produces Syngas to generate electricity
TITAN200H produces clean Hydrogen gas
TITAN200F produces Synthetic fuels
The TITAN200E produces clean Syngas that is then fed into generators to produce electricity.
200T per day of dry waste (equates to approx. 280T per day “as received”) produces approx. 15MWe of clean electricity
Dependent on budget – various options of generator are available
The TITAN200H produces Hydrogen & industrial CO2 gases.
200T per day of dry waste (equates to approx. 280T per day “as received”) produces approx. 15T of hydrogen and 230T of renewable CO2 per day
Hydrogen can be either burnt in hydrogen powered generators to produce totally clean electricity on site or it can be stored for transport to other hydrogen users
The CO2 can be stored for transport to industrial users.
The plant also produces approx. 24T per day of non-leaching vitreous slag that can be used in concrete or other building materials
The TITAN200F produces clean Syngas that can then be converted to a range of different fuels – dependent on client requirements.
200T per day of dry waste (equates to approx. 280T per day “as received”) produces approximately
37,000 litres of renewable aviation fuel per day
OR
37,000 litres of renewable diesel per day
Other possible outputs include ammonia, methanol or Synthetic Natural Gas (direct replacement for fossil Natural Gas)
Each system also produces approx. 24T per day of non-leaching vitreous slag that can be used in concrete or other building materials
